We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images and prices are accurate. Minor variations may occur. All products are subject to availability.

3. Pricing

Prices include VAT where applicable. Prices may change without prior notice.

4. Orders

Orders are confirmed after successful payment. Orders may be cancelled due to pricing errors, stock availability or suspected fraud. Paid cancelled orders will be fully refunded.

5. Payment

Payments are securely processed through certified payment providers. We do not store payment card information.

6. Shipping Policy

Delivery Areas: Bulgaria, Romania and Hungary.

Processing Time: 1–2 business days.

Estimated Delivery: 2–5 business days.

Shipping costs are shown during checkout.

If your shipment arrives damaged, contact contact@veliteraltd.com within 48 hours.

7. Return & Refund Policy

Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer legislation. Products must be unused and returned with all accessories. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Defective or incorrectly delivered products will be replaced or refunded.

8. Warranty

Products are covered by applicable statutory warranties under EU and Bulgarian law.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content is the property of VELITERA Ltd. or its partners and may not be copied without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

VELITERA Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages except where required by law.
